1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Creamy Honey to taste (1-3 tsp)
Mix well in mug and microwave 2-3 minutes. Serve warm.
Or warm in saucepan on stove top over medium heat to desired temp, stirring constantly.
Excellent for bedtime to help relax you. This is also great in the cold winter months as a cozy drink.
